- VTE S.r.l. is a fully private owned Company, founded in 1977.
- VTE was born to design and manufacture antennas and STL microwave links for the needs of the newly coming private TV and radio stations in Italy, in the late 70’s of the last century.
- Since that time VTE has continued to develop state-of-the-art RF equipment, supplying public and private TV networks worldwide.
- The quality and reliability of VTE equipment is today recognized by all customers, commercial and technology partners.
- Recently VTE has enlarged its product line, not limited to RF equipment but also offering solutions for Digital TV, terrestrial and satellite, HDTV, VOD, and IPTV.

- VTE Headquarters is in Varese, one of the most developed industrial areas in Northern Italy, between Milan and the Swiss border, only 20 minutes drive from the International Milan Malpensa Airport.
